Customer Communications Strategist

The role of the Customer Communications Strategist involves driving customer growth and retention by creating compelling customer journeys that cater to customers throughout their banking lifecycle.

* This includes collaborating with the Marketing Communications Lead to prioritize, build, and deploy personalized communications aligned with the company's wider strategy and business objectives.
* Work closely with data analytics teams, stakeholders, and marketing peers to develop a clear understanding of customer needs and business challenges and identify effective communication solutions to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
* Implement multi-channel customer journey maps in line with standard operating procedures.

To excel in this role, you will need strong copywriting skills, proven experience in delivering end-to-end customer communications programs, and excellent stakeholder management skills.
