We are looking for an innovative and forward‐thinking Therapy Assistant to work closely with the Lifestyle Coordinator and Occupational Therapist to assess resident needs and preferences, develop and deliver group and individual therapies, and monitor progress.

Key Responsibilities
* Assist with the implementation of therapy programs, including group and individual activities.
* Assist in assessing resident needs and preferences to develop appropriate programs.
* Supervise volunteers assisting with the program.
* Complete documentation and reporting related to the role.
* Communicate with Allied Health and Clinical teams on program outcomes.
Qualifications & Skills
* Possess a Certificate III in Allied Health or similar qualification.
* Previous experience working in residential aged care.
* Ability to work autonomously and with a multidisciplinary team.
* Proactive with a positive, "get up and go" attitude.
* Flexible with start and finish times.
* Well‐developed communication and interpersonal skills.
* Empathy and understanding of residents' needs.
* Flexible decision making and advanced problem‐solving skills.
* Excellent time‐management and organisational skills.
* Enjoy building positive relationships with residents, families, and staff.
