About the Role
As a Retail Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our online grocery orders. This includes managing a team of Personal Shoppers who select and pack orders in-store.
The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills, with the ability to coach and develop their team members. They will also be responsible for ensuring that sales targets are met, cost control is maintained, and rostering needs are fulfilled.
In addition, they will be expected to maintain high standards of visual merchandising, safety, compliance, and stock management. This will involve working closely with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
