About The Role
You will foster long-term relationships with suppliers, manufacturers and industry partners by visiting customers to understand their needs and gathering the technical information required to create tailored solutions. You will prepare business proposals and presentations and support customers through all project stages, from initial discussions to final implementation.
* Experience in the fruit & vegetable industry, agro-processing or industrial machinery is essential.
* A strong foundation in mechanical, automation, agricultural or similar areas would be beneficial but not necessary.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills are crucial.
* Strong analytical, organisational and project management skills are also required.
* The ability to multitask, prioritise and manage your time effectively is vital.
* Flexibility to travel, including trade shows and industry events, is a requirement.
