Regional Growth Manager Role
We are seeking a high-performing professional to lead growth across Sydney and greater NSW. Key responsibilities will include owning the NSW region with a priority focus on Sydney's on-premise and independent retail channels.
* Drive new business growth, particularly in the first-pour vodka segment and premium on-premise portfolio partnerships.
* Build and manage a portfolio of high-value accounts including major retailers, key pub/hospitality groups, and strategic independents.
To succeed in this role you will require:
* 3–5 years' experience in liquor sales across on-premise and/or independent retail (spirits preferred).
* A strong track record in new business development, with examples of successful account wins.
* A deep understanding of the Sydney on-premise landscape – key venues, decision-makers, and influencers.
