About the Role

We are seeking an accomplished National Fleet Manager to lead, grow and?」 Elevate our fleet business during a pivotal stage of our expansion. The successful candidate will bring deep industry experience, strong commercial acumen, and a well‐established network across corporate, government, rental and leasing sectors.

In this high‐impact role, you will be accountable for building the most capable OEM fleet organisation, setting strategy, driving national volume, strengthening dealer capability, and executing major fleet opportunities end‐to‐end.

Key Responsibilities Fleet Strategy & National Leadership
* Develop and implement short‐ and long‐term fleet sales strategies to achieve annual sales, profitability and market share objectives.
* Build, lead and mentor a high‐performing national fleet team (HQ + regional).
* Establish KPIs, reporting dashboards, tender governance, and performance frameworks.
* Influence acceptable and corporate strategy through market insights and data‐driven recommendations.
Business Development & Sales Execution
* Identify, engage, and secure new fleet clients across corporate, government, rental, SME and commercial segments.
* Lead major account acquisition, from prospecting through to proposal, tender, negotiation and contract close.
* Manage chit and RFP submissions with compelling, tailored product value propositions.
* Build a robust sales pipeline and deliver monthly, quarterly and annual volume targets.
* Partner with Network team and dealers to drive local fleet business development, supporting dealer network readiness for future product launches.
* Coach dealer fleet teams on customer engagement, sales capability, tender response, and program execution.
Industry & Stakeholder Relationships
* Leverage strong existing networks with FMOs, leasing companies, rental agencies, and government procurement departments.
* Work with financial services partners (e.g., leasing, novated solutions) to create competitive fleet finance packages.
* Represent the brand at fleet forums, industry committees, associations and dealer events to strengthen brand presence.
