Personal Assistant
We’re looking for a sharp, proactive, highly organised right-hand human to support the Director across two dynamic brands — a growing care services organisation and a thriving women’s community network. If you love structure, systems, and getting things done before anyone asks… you’ll fit right in.
This role is designed around high-impact support principles inspired by Buy Back Your Time — meaning your mission is simple: remove low-value tasks from leadership so they can focus on strategy, growth, and impact.
What You’ll Do
* Manage inboxes and communications like a gatekeeper ninja
* Coordinate calendars, reminders, and priorities
* Follow up warm leads and enquiries professionally
* Support event admin and logistics
* Prepare documents, templates, and reports
* Track tasks, deadlines, and projects
* Liaise with clients, partners, and team members
* Identify inefficiencies and recommend smarter systems
Who You Are
* Exceptionally organised (colour-coded spreadsheets excite you)
* Clear communicator — written and verbal
* Discreet, professional, and trustworthy
* Tech-savvy and quick to learn platforms
* Proactive thinker who solves problems before they land
* Comfortable working across two brands and switching gears fast
Bonus Points
* Experience in admin, operations, or executive support
* Background in community services, events, or small business
* Familiarity with CRMs, scheduling tools, Canva, or automation platforms
Hours of Work
This will vary but will start with 20 hours per week and expand as both businesses continue to grow.
