This role oversees course content, drives quality, introduces improvements and ensures the effective operation of the Clinical Skills Teaching Laboratory at Maroondah Hospital.
The Senior Clinical Skills Educator works closely with academics, clinicians and administrative staff to foster a supportive and innovative learning environment.
A key responsibility is the care and management of simulation equipment and teaching resources, ensuring students have access to reliable and well-resourced facilities.
We are looking for a candidate with relevant qualifications and extensive experience in educational design and delivery.
The role requires strong planning and organisational skills, proven expertise in developing and evaluating training programs for adult learners and highly developed interpersonal and communication abilities.
Advanced computer literacy and proficiency with a wide range of ICT applications will further enhance success in this position.
