Teaching in Engineering
We are seeking a dedicated educator to join our team of experts in the field of engineering. Our aim is to provide students with a high-quality education that prepares them for success in their future careers.

This role involves teaching a range of core units and specialist engineering units from level 3 to level 5, including mechanical and/or electrical principles, engineering mathematics, and engineering science. You will be required to share your skills and industry knowledge with apprentices and full-time FE and HE learners.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Qualified to at least Level 5 in a relevant specialist subject area.
* Hold a teaching qualification (e.g., Cert Ed, PGCE, C&G 7407), or be willing to work towards one.
* Able to interpret and apply specific knowledge to practice.
* Understanding of current developments within your specialist area and ways to stay current.
* Able to identify students' strengths and development needs.
* Ability to develop and use a range of teaching and learning techniques and prepare effective teaching materials.
