This is a key support role within a small and friendly team, focused on delivering a high-quality recruitment experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process, including advertising, shortlisting, interview scheduling and candidate communication
* Draft employment contracts, offer letters and onboarding documentation
* Maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS) and HRIS with accuracy and confidentiality
* Support compliance and screening processes including WWCC and referee checks
* Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure smooth communication and excellent candidate experience
* Assist with reporting on recruitment metrics and workforce planning
You will work closely with the HR and executive teams to play an integral part in end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, compliance and candidate care.
This role would suit a strong administrator or early-career professional with recruitment coordination experience looking to grow their skills in a meaningful and community-focused environment.

* Previous experience in a recruitment or administration role
* Strong administrative skills and attention to detail
* Friendly, professional and confident communicator
* Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks at once
* Comfortable using HR or recruitment systems and Microsoft Office
A qualification in HR, Business or a related field is desirable but not essential.
