We are currently seeking for multiple Employment Coaches to join our team in Marion.
In this role, you'll be part of a supportive and result driven team who are dedicated to our vision of well-being, independence and opportunity for everyone.
Day- to-day activities will include:Providing one-to-one coaching sessions to participants, assessing their career needs, and creating personalised action plans.Conducting career assessments and helping clients identify their strengths, interests, and values to guide their employment goals.Using sales strategies to work collaboratively and network with community organisations to create opportunities for participants.Assisting participants in developing effective job search strategies, including resume writing and interview preparation.
Referring participants through training, counselling, and other services to increase long term employment outcomes.Ensuring compliance requirements are met.About YouAs someone who enjoys working autonomously within a broader team environment, enthusiastic, empathetic, and dedicated to make a difference in people's lives.
You will have experience in administration, strong attention to detail, the ability to meet deadlines and outlined KPI targets and able to work in an agile environment.
