We offer a full-time position based in our brand-new Chatswood office, conveniently accessible by train or metro.
Role Details:
* Work Hours: 7.6 hours per day, between 8:30 AM and 6:00 PM
* Monthly Rosters: Plan ahead with a schedule provided in advance
* Additional Income: Earn more with paid after-hours support
About You:
We're looking for someone who is:
* Is passionate about providing high standards of customer service
* Has a professional and friendly telephone manner
* Demonstrates strong attention to detail
* Communicates clearly, both verbally and in writing
* Enjoys working in a collaborative team environment
* Has solid computer skills and the ability to learn quickly
* Previous experience in hotel reservations or Corporate Travel Agent. Minimum 1 year
* Good geographic knowledge of Australia is highly advantageous
