We're expanding rapidly and are looking for an experienced, hands-on Area Manager to join our leadership team and take responsibility for 3 key Pizza Hut restaurants across Sydney's suburbs.
The Position
As a
Pizza Hut Area Manager (Kalra Group)
, you'll work closely with the individual Store Managers and team members to
lead, motivate, and support
teams in delivering operational excellence, strong sales growth, and great customer experiences.
You'll be responsible for ensuring our restaurants run to the highest standards of food quality, hygiene, and service while developing and mentoring high-performing teams. You'll also drive business performance through effective planning, people development, and strategic execution.
Things move fast at Pizza Hut – as a leader, you'll be the steady hand in high-pressure moments, ensuring your stores stay focused, positive, and results-driven.
On any given day, you'll:
* Partner with Store Managers to
improve profitability and operational efficiency
* Coach and develop
leadership capability across multiple restaurants
* Ensure
food safety, quality, and brand standards
are always met
* Identify and act on
opportunities to improve customer experience
and team performance
* Collaborate with the on-growth
plans.
· Monitor and manage operational adherence to food safety, operational standards, restaurant safety and fire safety standards.
· Complete store action plans for guest experiences improvement.

What We're Looking For
We'll give you the tools, training, and support you need to succeed – what we're looking for is
leadership, maturity, and drive

You'll bring:
* 2+ years of experience
as a Multi-Site Manager, Area Manager, or Restaurant Manager in QSR, hospitality.
* Proven
leadership and coaching skills
with the ability to build strong teams
* Strong
business acumen
and understanding of restaurant operations
* Excellent
communication, influencing, and conflict resolution
skills
* A proactive, hands-on management style with a genuine passion for people and pizza
* A Car and Australian driving licence.
