Project Manager (Civil / Structural / Maritime) Location: Perth, WA Experience: 5–10 Years Employment Type: Full-time / Part-time (Flexible) The Opportunity Are you a project manager with a passion for seeing projects move from the drawing board to reality? We are looking for a motivated Project Manager to join our Western Australia team. This is a pivotal role where your technical expertise in civil, structural, or maritime engineering will drive the success of critical infrastructure projects across the state. Working directly with the WA Team Lead, you will enjoy a high degree of autonomy and the opportunity to contribute to all project phases, from initial scoping and design to on-site construction and delivery. Key Responsibilities Project Leadership: Develop comprehensive project plans, briefs, and budgets while maintaining rigorous monitoring tools. Technical Design: Perform hands-on design engineering tasks across diverse infrastructure disciplines (Civil, Structural, and/or Maritime). Specialist Coordination: Scope and manage technical investigations, including environmental, geotechnical, planning, and dive/engineering surveys. Site Management: Conduct on-site inspections for condition assessments and construction oversight, ensuring gold-standard safety compliance. Stakeholder & Team Management: Lead project teams to produce high-quality design documentation, drawings, and procurement packages while managing monthly client reporting. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all works meet Australian Standards and relevant State and Local Government regulations. Ideal Candidate Qualifications: A Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Structural, or Maritime Engineering (or equivalent). Experience: 5–10 years of proven experience in engineering design or project management. Technical Savvy: A deep understanding of engineering principles and the full project lifecycle. Versatility: The ability to pivot between office-based design/reporting and active site inspections. Communication: Exceptional teamwork skills and the ability to manage subcontractor relationships and client expectations effectively. Why Join Us?
