Tytec Logistics Pty Ltd is Australia's premier earthmover tyre logistics provider. Our focus on innovation and efficiency has shaped significant national growth and as such a vacancy for an "Logistics Administrator" has become available at our Muswellbrook Branch, NSW.
The Position:
* Loading, unloading and securing of tyres for transportation
* Assist with Planning and Scheduling operations for multiple stock types, to differing locations, to meet customer timeframes
* Communicating with clients and our drivers
* Stocktaking
* Basic computer and Administration skills
The ideal candidate will have:
* Forklift license and experience in coordinating yard operations
* Coordinate multiple deliveries for our drivers as per client requests
* Good oral and written communication skills, MS Excel and Word skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Arrange documentation for Receipting, Consignment and Proof of Delivery
* Be reliable and well presented
* Prior experience with Planning and Scheduling freight (not essential)
