The Client Services Coordinator role partners with and supports the Business Manager, GCR to deliver two key outcomes:Client ServicesSupport and deliver client servicing requirements for the GCR team division, from both a strategy and day-to-day perspectiveMaintain the CRM, communication mapping and associated processesSupport change projects for the division, in collaboration with other teams across TCorp andEPMO as required including progress monitoring and reportingMaintain and manage relevant procedures and processes for the GCR teamEvent CoordinationDevelop and manage events in line with agreed KPIs and TCorp’s strategic objectivesWork independently in coordinating the logistics and set up associated with eventsCreate event briefs, source and negotiate quotes and manage approved event budgetsCollate any required event materials, prepare event schedules and manage event timelinesCommunicate relevant correspondence and event requirements to the appropriate stakeholdersAttend events and manage onsite logistics and running of the event, as requiredManage the detailed post-event feedback survey and reportsTCorp would like to hear from candidates with a tertiary qualification in Business (or similar), highly developed communication skills, strong problem solving and analytical skills.
