Job Title: General Practitioner - Cardwell, Queensland

Practice Information:
The practice is a single doctor facility at present but has the capacity to house three full-time Doctors. The practice conducts various health checks and medicals. They have visiting allied health services such as Podiatrists, Audiologists, Diabetes Educators, Psychologists, Dieticians, and Exercise Physiologists. Registered and enrolled nurses provide continuous medical officer support. The practice is a registered Q-fever and yellow fever vaccination centre, offering private and NHS vaccinations. They visit patients at the local nursing home, maintaining a good relationship with the facility. The team is young, dynamic, and supportive, working in a growing practice. Doctors are supported by practice nurses, management, and clerical staff providing high-quality care to patients. Regular social evenings and family outings are part of the practice culture. It is a genuine, caring practice, staffed by pleasant and motivated individuals.

* The practice of preventative medicine is essential due to the aging population.
Qualifications & Experience:
* Holds current AHPRA registration
* Minimum of 3 years GP practice experience
* Appropriately trained and experienced in general practice
* Must abide by legislative acts governing medical practice in Queensland
Remuneration:
65% of receipts or $150.00 per hour for the first 12 weeks, whichever is greater, plus 65% of Service Incentive Payments (negotiable).
