About the role:
This 2 year traineeship offers a unique opportunity to develop practical skills and gain hands-on experience in:
* Printer and multifunction device repairs, servicing and maintenance
* Installing and configuring devices within customer network environments
* Troubleshooting print drivers, scan-to-email systems and card release printing
* Providing on-site technical support across a broad service area
What we're looking for:
* Strong interest in IT, electromechanical or technical work
* Good communication and customer service skills
* IT literacy and basic understanding of networks
* Punctual, reliable and strong time management skills
* Team player with a hands-on, problem-solving mindset
* Current valid driver's licence (essential)
