About the role

The Occupational Health Nurse will implement a range of health services including health checks, medical assessments and health promotion to monitor emerging health issues and assist in the development of strategies, policies and procedures to promote the health of staff in accordance with NSWPF requirements.

This position is based at the NSW Police Academy at Goulburn and works within a small team onsite ensuring the provision of quality health services to students and staff. The position is responsible for the completion of medical assessments and reviewing the medical records of policing students. The role also provides health services to injured or ill Academy staff and students.

The talent pool may be used for a range of opportunities: ongoing, temporary, part-time and full-time.

The NSW Police Academy is a secure location with onsite facilities including café and gym available to employees.

This Talent Pool is being created for future Ongoing or Temporary roles that may arise over the next 18 months.
Placement in the Talent Pool remains valid for 18 months. There is no guarantee of employment as a result of this Talent Pool.
