The Role

As the General Manager People Consulting, Health and Safety, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the organisation's people, culture and safety landscape.

* Provide strategic leadership to the People Consulting, Health and Safety Branch.
* Oversee the Employee Relations Services, Human Resources Consultancy, and Work Health and Safety teams.
* Drive the development, implementation and continuous improvement of workforce management and safety and health strategic initiatives.
* Ensure Extended Leadership Group, Directors and line managers receive expert, solutions‑focused advice that strengthens workforce capability.
