Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and text
* Solve problems with empathy and speed, ideally resolving issues on first contact
* Collaborate with specialists in the broader team when needed
* Build strong relationships with families and maintain accurate records in our systems
* Contribute to process improvements and help shape our service offering

* Empathy, warmth, and genuine care for families
* Excellent communication skills, clear, confident, and human
* A proactive, can-do mindset (you don't just wait for answers, you find them)
* Attention to detail and a willingness to learn fast and grow with us
* Previous customer service or call centre experience (a plus if you've been in our students' shoes)
