Senior Product Owner Role
Take ownership of a brand-new product from end to end and work closely with internal teams to build a new medical insurance software platform from scratch.

As a Senior Product Owner, you will take ownership of a greenfield product, working closely with the Head of Product and other experienced team members. You will play a key role in shaping how product is delivered and scaled within the organisation.
The ideal candidate will bring strong experience as a Product Owner, ideally within SaaS, insurance, or financial services environments. A background in development, underwriting, or business analysis would be beneficial.
Key Responsibilities:
* Define and prioritize product requirements, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and objectives.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs.
* Develop and maintain product roadmaps, working closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment.
* Manage product backlogs, prioritising tasks and ensuring efficient delivery.
This is a hybrid role, based in Dublin, with a move to Dublin City Centre planned for next year. The position requires two days per week on-site, working with a collaborative and high-performing team.

Skills / Experience Required:
* 5+ years of experience as a hands-on Product Owner
* Experience in insurance / financial services organisations
* Experience with SaaS products
