About Us:
AGP Plumbing & Gas is a growing plumbing and HVAC business based in Ballarat. We work across Ballarat, Geelong and surrounds, specialising in the installation of energy-efficient products, air conditioning systems, heat pumps, and providing general plumbing and gas servicing. With a strong pipeline of work, we're looking for an experienced plumber to step into a Leading Hand role and help guide our team on-site.
What We Offer:
* $50–$55 per hour (depending on experience)
* Company vehicle, phone and uniform provided
* A variety of work – energy upgrades, air conditioning, heat pumps, general plumbing and gas servicing
* Clear pathway into operations/management as the business continues to grow

Your Role:
* Supervise and mentor apprentices
* Install and service plumbing, gas and HVAC systems
* Liaise with clients, suppliers and the office to keep jobs moving smoothly
* Ensure compliance with VBA, OH&S and company standards
What We're Looking For:
* Registered or Licensed Plumber in Victoria
* Experience across a variety of plumbing and HVAC work (air con, heat pumps, hot water, gas)
* Leadership qualities and ability to manage small teams
* Reliable, organised and committed to high-quality work
