You will have an unwavering passion and appreciation of wine.
This is a hands-on role with focus on service delivery.Ideal CandidateExperience as Sommelier / Wine Waitstaff in a fine dining and/or high volume restaurantBasic knowledge in local, national and international winePassion for wine and the industryExceptional service skillsExcellent communication and organisationOutgoing personality and genuine interest in the day to day operationsAdaptable, flexible and able to work in a high pressure environmentPossess a valid Certificate of Responsible Service of AlcoholWSET or CMS qualification or equivalent advantageousAvailable to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidaysMust have full Australian work rightsWorking with Lucas CollectiveAt Lucas Collective, we champion growth.
