**The Position**
Our client provides professional property repair management and property assessments along with emergency response service. The position is located in Drouin.
You will receive full onsite professional training to deliver claim specific daily administration duties and support for the building supervisors, customers and clients.
- Customer services tasks monitoring and updating client portals
- Complete initial customer contact, including triage of claims
- Lodge new request, allocate work orders to appropriate trades and maintain existing claims
- Arrange booking runs for site assessments, confirm bookings date/times with customers
- Provide progress updates to customers and monitor portals
- Coordinate projects from start to finish
- complete weekly reviews of jobs with building supervisors
**About You**
- Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and use Microsoft Office, word, outlook, and Excel
- Excellent time management and high attention to detail
- Willing to learn and progress professionally and personally
- Be empathetic and resilient
- Be able to work with sensitive situations & vulnerable people
- Ability to prioritise workload and time efficiently
- Its an advantage if you have worked within the insurance but not a must
