As a key member of the Business Solutions and Technology group, you will be responsible for reviewing, understanding and prioritising support issues for Applications Support and IT Service Desk teams.
Working closely with the IT Client Services Manager, you will ensure operational standards are maintained, deliver a high level of customer service and implement effective resolutions in a timely manner.
