**Accounts Assistant Wanted**
At our company, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounts Clerk to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have advanced computer skills in MYOB Account Right, MS Outlook, Dropbox, Excel & Word.
Key responsibilities include:
* Assisting the Business Director and Office Manager
* Managing accounts payable and receivable
* Processing payroll
* Performing bookkeeping tasks
* Providing excellent customer liaison and mitigation services
The successful candidate will possess:
* Excellent phone manner and confidence
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to adapt and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
* Flexibility, reliability, and a well-presented appearance
* A reliable car and driver's license
**Requirements:**
* 3 years of accounting experience (preferred)
* 3 years of experience with MYOB Account Right (preferred)
* Driver's license (preferred)
**Work Arrangements:**
* Flexible hours
* Monday to Friday
* Overtime available
**Salary Range:** $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
