Role requirements and responsibilities:
We’re looking for a reliable, hands‑on team member to join us in a full‑time position, Monday to Friday. This is a roving role that offers plenty of variety, supporting multiple sites across the region from Coffs Harbour through to Brisbane.
What you’ll bring:
* Experience working in a facilities, maintenance, or accommodation environment
* Strong practical skills and the ability to manage building and equipment maintenance
* Confidence liaising with external contractors when required
* A proactive approach to lawn, garden, and grounds upkeep
* Understanding of Fire Safety and Evacuation Procedures
* Willingness to travel regularly as part of the role
What you’ll be doing:
*
o Providing ongoing maintenance across buildings, equipment, and site facilities
o Supporting multiple locations with a flexible, can‑do attitude
o Coordinating with contractors to ensure timely and quality work
o Maintaining outdoor areas to a high standard
o Overseeing fire safety compliance and evacuation processes
