We are seeking a Project Administrator to join our National Projects Team in Sydney.
In this role, you'll provide essential document control, coordination, and quality oversight across a portfolio of small to large multi‑year projects – all while enjoying the flexibility of a hybrid work arrangement and the convenience of working in a location close to public transport.
What You'll Do
* Manage project documentation and ensure compliance with client processes.
* Maintain accurate records, reports, and milestone tracking in project management systems.
* Liaise with internal teams, contractors, and client stakeholders to support seamless project delivery.
* Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and reports to keep projects on track.
* Assist with project close‑out activities in line with client methodology.
What You Bring
* 2+ years of administration or coordination experience, ideally in construction or project management.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools (Smartsheet experience a plus).
* Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to work across multiple projects.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Cert IV in Construction or related field (preferred).
