We are seeking a Senior Product Owner/ Business Analyst to join our dynamic product team. This role is central to driving product development across the full lifecycle from requirements gathering and backlog management through to solution design, testing, release, and post‑deployment support.
You'll thrive in a fast‑paced environment, balancing autonomy with collaboration, and play a key role in ensuring our products deliver real business value.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead product development across planning, design, testing, and release.
* Gather and document business requirements through workshops and stakeholder engagement.
* Prioritise and manage product backlog aligned with business goals.
* Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
* Collaborate with UX/UI Designers, Solutions Architects, and developers.
* Support Agile practices, facilitate ceremonies, and assist with UAT.
* Communicate clearly with stakeholders and ensure smooth change management.
* Provide training, release notes, and post‑release support.
* Drive continuous improvement in processes, product quality, and team efficiency.
Skills & Experience
* Proven experience as a Product Owner / Business Analyst in a dynamic environment.
* Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, Scrum practices, and backlog management.
* Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
* Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
* Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams including developers and technical leads.
