Aesop Facial Treatment | Role Purpose
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate qualified Facial Therapist to work full time in our tranquil Mosman space. This role primarily focuses on facial treatments, complemented by supporting customers and the team on the shop floor. Meticulous attention to detail, impeccable technique, intense nourishment and exquisite touch are the hallmarks of the Aesop facial treatment.

Roster As Follows
* Tuesday 8:30 am – 5:00 pm
* Wednesday 8:30 am – 5:00 pm
* Thursday 8:30 am – 4:15 pm
* Friday 8:30 am – 5:00 pm
* Saturday 8:30 am – 5:00 pm
* 38 hours per week
Required Experience
* Experience as a facial therapist in a reputable beauty salon, facial studio or day spa;
* Diploma of beauty therapy or Cert IV (qualification must be provided);
* Experience and confidence in achieving retail targets, meeting KPIs and collaborating with the team;
* Meticulous attention to detail and appreciation of Aesop's exact protocols;
* Ability to create and maintain relationships to encourage repeat guests, building a solid return‑guest base.
