Accommodation Booking Specialist Role
We are seeking a skilled Accommodation Booking Specialist to assist with sourcing properties, preparing quotations, and presenting options to insurance carriers using live-inventory databases and our network of property managers.
* Leverage our nationwide network of property managers and live-inventory databases to find suitable, cost-effective property options that meet the requirements of policy holders and insurance carriers.
* Work with insurance carriers to manage temporary accommodation throughout the lifecycle of a claim.
* Manage workload efficiently to meet deadlines and contracted service level agreements (SLAs).
* Support the smooth operation of the office and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
