On behalf of our client, GWG is seeking applications for an experienced Marketing and Communications Lead to drive a brand review, inspire a small team, and deliver engaging communications that strengthen reputation and builds stakeholder trust. What You’ll Do
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team
- Deliver a brand refresh and ensure consistent, impactful messaging across channels
- Create polished, executive-ready written content and corporate reports
- Build trusted relationships with senior leaders, acting as a communications and marketing advisor
- Plan and deliver key initiatives with pace and precision
- Oversee statutory reporting and develop marketing collateral that strengthens the brand
- Bring creativity and flair – visual marketing/design skills highly regarded
About You
- Experienced people leader with a collaborative, mentoring style
- Proven background in communications, branding, and content creation
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with confidence presenting to stakeholders
- Skilled at building relationships and influencing at all levels
- Organised, proactive, and adaptable.
- Experience in a highly regulated industry such as Banking, Government or Insurance (highly desirable)
- Degree-qualified in Communications, Marketing, PR or similar
