You will need experience with at least a minimum of 12 months experience, professionalism and maturity to do a great job.
You will be working from home but still having the support of the Senior Property Manager (who is a great person/team player) who will be available for you on a day to day basis. Your Principal is also available to assist as necessary so you will be able to focus on what needs to be done without any distractions that do not add value in the day to day needs of building and running a property management portfolio.

To be considered for this position a strong preference in the following areas are required:
* Minimum 12 months residential property management experience is required
* An excellent understanding with Property Me and - - Real Inspect Real Estate is preferable
* Provide a high level of customer service to our valued clients, tenants and co workers
* Excellent knowledge of relevant governing legislation
* Outstanding time management skills and ability to prioritize your main areas of responsibilities such as:
• Conducting routine inspections and properties for rent
• Conducting thorough entry/exit inspections & routines
• Regularly communicating with your landlords & tenants
• Ensuring properties are promptly listed for rent
* Have a current Real Estate Registration and clean drivers license
* Current Real Estate Registration must be held at the time of application
* Have the determination to 'win the business' and build strong connections with new owners
