**handyperson** for a maintenance position based in Western Sydney
**Requirements**:
- 4+ years of handyman experience
- Carpentry, plumbing and electrical experience beneficial
- Own tools
- Good communication skills
- Well-organized and apt in problem-solving
- Attention to detail
**Duties**
- Follow the List of assigned tasks on a daily basis
- General repairs and maintenance throughout the building
- Communicate with facilities management about any work that requires outside expert assistance
- Assist trades where necessary
- Work with tools and supplies necessary to complete projects
- Maintain safety procedures at all times
