Responsibilities:

* Assist senior brokers in managing client accounts
* Assist with preparing working files, insurance quotes, policies, and related documentation
* Provide support in policy renewals, endorsements
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the company's database
* Collaborate with the team to ensure exceptional customer service and client satisfaction
* Assist in other general office duties as requested
* Stay updated on industry trends, policies, and regulations


Requirements:

* Strong interest in the insurance industry and desire to build a career in the field
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
* Proficient in using MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
* Experience with broking software - Insights & Office Tech Now preferred
* Attention to detail and ability to work with accuracy
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
* Professional demeanour and strong work ethic
