Claims Service Consultant
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Claims Service Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, preferably within a claims environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a national portfolio of motor claims and handle inbound/outbound calls.
* Provide excellent customer service to customers in a timely manner.
* Maintain positive working relationships with external and internal stakeholders, and provide the best possible outcomes for customers.
Requirements:
* High level of customer service experience, preferably within a claims environment.
* Insurance knowledge and background desirable.
* Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
* Confidence to learn, access and use different systems and software.
