Are you a management consultant ready to move into a high-impact corporate transformation role?
We're partnering with a leading PE owned consumer brand group that is undergoing a major strategic transformation across some of its most iconic assets.
They are looking for a Business Transformation Manager to join a high-calibre Transformation Office, working alongside consultants and senior commercial leaders.
This is a rare opportunity to move out consulting and into a highly visible, enterprise-wide role where your work will directly influence executive decision-making.
Responsibilities
* Financial modelling, ROI/NPV analysis, valuation work and scenario planning
* Building business cases and executive-level presentations
* Supporting strategic initiatives across the business
* Translating complex data into clear commercial recommendations for senior stakeholders
* Driving rigour across key transformation workstreams
The ideal background
* 3–5 years in management consulting (tier 1/tier 1.5 preferred)
* Strong Excel and financial modelling skills
* Hypothesis-led problem solving and strong commercial judgement
* Ability to work with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
* Power BI or SQL experience would be a bonus
This role would suit someone who enjoys solving complex business problems but is ready to move closer to execution, impact and ownership.
Salary: $200K + super + bonus
