Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and dedicated individual to support our trade store operations.
The ideal candidate will have an industrial or trade background, with experience in retail or warehouse settings. Excellent customer service skills are essential for this role.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Providing expert advice to customers on their trade needs
* Receiving and stocking inventory, maintaining accurate records
* Maintaining a clean and organized store environment
* Processing transactions, handling cash and credit card payments
* Order processing, quote generation and invoicing
* Assisting with product displays and merchandising
* Pick/pack of customer orders from the warehouse
