Receptionist / Administration Clerk – Darwin, NT
CJD Equipment are seeking a friendly and proactive Receptionist / Administration Clerk This busy and pivotal role puts you at the heart of our Darwin branch as the first point of contact for customers and visitors.
You'll manage reception duties while providing essential administrative support to our Finance & Administration Manager and other departments.
What You'll Do
Reception: Greet customers and visitors, answer calls, and direct inquiries professionally.
Admin Support
Handle filing, data entry, bank and invoice reconciliations, accounts payable / receivable, and general branch support.
Customer Care
Drive exceptional service and ensure our branch delivers at the highest level.
Compliance
Maintain visitor and contractor HSE records and ensure compliance.
What We're Looking For
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise
* Previous experience in admin and customer service
* Great computer skills and a willingness to learn
* Driver's licence and ability to pass pre-employment checks
