We are currently seeking applications from experienced Administrators for a Full-Time Monday to Friday position at our Caboolture Workshop. Hours of work are typically between 8am to 4pm with some flexibility.
Reporting to the Workshop Superintendent, you will be responsible for, but not limited to:
* Being a point of contact with respect to office and admin queries and issues
* Manage travel and accommodation requests
* Payroll processing
* Creating Purchase Requisitions and receipting Purchase Orders
* Assist in inventory management and maintenance reporting
* Assist in organising freight of parts and equipment between internal sites as well as to and from suppliers
Skills required:
* Accurate data entry
* High level of written communication
* Multi-tasking
* Adaptable to change and interruptions
* Previous experience in the Construction or Resources industry is desirable but not required
