Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure high-quality clinical care is provided to residents at all times, adhering to Aged Care Quality Standards and organizational policies.
* Provide leadership and coaching to clinical and support teams to drive quality resident outcomes and foster a culture of excellence.
* Work safely and effectively, closely following policies and procedures, including IPC, to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Requirements:
* Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse.
* Comprehensive clinical knowledge and experience working in a residential aged care setting.
* Strong coaching/training skills and ability to influence others.
