As part of The Walt Disney Company’s Studio and Integrated Marketing team, the Campaign Manager will work closely with the Senior Manager, Content & Brand for Disney + to manage content and brand campaigns related to Disney + to maximise awareness and drive commercial results, and to develop a local strategy and media plans for Disney +.

**Your main areas of responsibility will include**:

- In partnership with Senior Marketing Manager, Brand and Content, develop strategic plan for allocated titles using global insight and local country knowledge/data where relevant and available
- Work closely with the marketing teams to develop a robust marketing campaign to effectively maximise spend and return
- Use your experience on past tasks to continually engage, educate, and manage internal and external stakeholders
- Guided by the Media and Marketing Strategy Director, create and deliver a Media and Marketing brief highlighting budget, core bench-mark titles and key title objectives.
- Ensure that all campaign briefs and strategy ladder up to overarching brand strategy as determined and set out by the Senior Marketing Manager, Brand and Content
- Create a realistic P & L to achieve AOP targets where feasible and ensuring business approval
- Use your knowledge bank of industry, local, and international best practice to craft unique campaigns that are innovative and digital firsts for Disney that run across Studios

**To be successful in this role, you will ideally have**:

- Bachelor Degree in Marketing or related discipline
- Solid marketing experience (5+ years) including a strong understanding of media
- Proven ability to develop clear marketing strategy using strategic analysis and frameworks, and effectively communicating and gaining buy-in on developed strategy
- Proven identification, development and delivery of significant innovative and value-add initiatives to the business
- Cross-functional/cross-business team engagement and matrix environment working and reporting
- Superior time management and organisational capabilities - including the ability to prioritise, manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on deadlines in an effective manner
- Succeeds through collaboration - works with, and through, others to achieve desired results. Always considers as priority ‘what is best for the business’
- Flexibility and adaptability - able to work through ambiguity and changing landscapes, guide team through that process, and reaching out to stakeholders as required to work through requirements together
