Leadership Opportunity
We are seeking a strong and dynamic individual to lead our store team. As a key support to the Head Coach, this role involves driving strategic results and ensuring profitable growth of the store.
This is an exciting opportunity to be involved in both retail and fitness spaces, working alongside the Head Coach to bring to life localised events and manage the business.
The ideal candidate will be a quick decision-maker, adaptable, and resilient. They will have core business knowledge and be able to understand and address business information.
Key Responsibilities
* Create daily game plans to inspire and engage the team
* Complete stock and visual merchandising maintenance tasks
* Ensure timely feedback and recognition to elevate the team
* Develop a team of leaders with product knowledge
* Review and drive performance improvement based on store KPIs
