The Opportunity
Due to an internal promotion, we are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Officer to join our team in Wingfield, SA. In this role, you'll manage a high volume of customer interactions across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage high volumes of inbound calls, providing timely and professional assistance to customers.
* Coordinate and schedule hard waste collection bookings efficiently.
* Respond to customer enquiries received via email and the Cleanaway website, ensuring accurate and prompt resolutions.
* Maintain and update customer records in our CRM system.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
About You
* Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call centre environment.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting.
* A proactive approach to problem‐solving and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
