Due to growth, our client is looking to further expand their sales team with a Business Development Manager, which will be instrumental in the future success of their branch. As a Business Development Manager, you will be required to: Follow up on all quote requests and lead opportunities ensuring you identify needs of clients and provide solutions in a timely manner Actively search and pursue new business opportunities with Strata, Body Corporates, Facility Management and Real Estate Agents to achieve sales targets within your designated territory Quote and provide recommendations for inspections and treatment Ability to identify growth opportunities within existing accounts Manage your sales pipeline and ensure constant follow up to close off sales opportunities Develop and build on relationships with key internal and external stakeholders Accurately record daily activity and sales results within our internal CRM system Work as part of team to achieve branch goals What we're looking for: Previous experience in a Business Development role Experience selling building services, facility management services, Real Estate, Strata or essential services highly favourable Strong customer focus, networking, negotiation and presentation skills A new business hunter with a hunger for success A self-driven, focused professional with the ability to manage their time effectively and work autonomously Strong customer focus with a passion to deliver excellence combined with confidence, initiative, enthusiasm, ambition and a willingness to learn Computer proficient with the ability to use the Microsoft Suite What's in it for you?
