Administration Officer (12-Month Parental Leave Cover)

An exciting opportunity has opened up for an Administration Officer to join our admin team at Equip-Safe in Welshpool. This role is offered as a full-time position for approximately 12 months, with the possibility of extension.
This role is responsible for providing general administration support and a high level of customer service to both internal and external clients.
Responsibilities
* Provide a high level of customer service to clients and employees, including answering telephone and email enquiries and serving students
* Ensure requests and queries are responded to in a timely manner
* Provide consistent and accurate information to students and employees
* Timely processing of enrolments
* Update and maintain accurate information in databases
* Prepare (print/generate) course paperwork
* Assist Instructors with student paperwork
* Liaise with government departments and regulatory bodies such as WorkSafe, Construction Training Fund (CTF) and the Department of Mines, Industry Regulation and Safety
* Scanning and electronic filing
* Photocopying, binding and printing of resources
* Proof documents to ensure accuracy
* Order stationery and other office and site supplies
* Provide backup for the Manager Equip-Safe as required
* Create purchase orders
* Receive and process payments from students
* Liaise with the Finance team, EGT, Member Services and other areas of ETI as required
Qualifications
* Highly developed interpersonal and customer service skills
* Well-developed organisational and time management skills
* Ability to use initiative and work autonomously
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* High level of attention to detail
* The ability to work to and meet deadlines
* Certificate III in Business or relevant experience
* Intermediate to advanced level of computer literacy
* Experience using the Microsoft Office Suite of products
* Experience working in an RTO or training environment
