* Build and grow strategic corporate and philanthropic partnerships
* Identify and secure new partnership and funding opportunities
* Develop and manage partner engagement plans and relationships
* Drive fundraising initiatives and increase donor participation
* Lead coordination of partner communications, meetings and reporting activities
* Monitor and report on partnership performance and impact
* Represent Ganbina at events, meetings, and external engagements
* Travel regionally and interstate as required
About You
You are a relationship‐driven leader with a passion for social impact and a track record of delivering results. You bring:
* Proven experience building high‐value corporate and philanthropic partnerships
* Strong fundraising and stakeholder engagement capability
* Ability to influence, negotiate, and build trust with diverse stakeholders
* Demonstrated success achieving KPIs and delivering strategic outcomes
* Excellent communication, organisational and reporting skills
* A proactive, solutions‐focused mindset with the ability to work autonomously
Desired Experience and Knowledge
* Background in not‐for‐profit, Indigenous affairs, social impact or youth services
* Tertiary qualifications in business administration, project management, public policy or related fields
* Financial and governance awareness, including reporting and compliance requirements
* Strong understanding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities and commitment to equity
Requirements
* Valid driver's licence
* Current Working With Children Check
* Current National Police Check
* Capacity and willingness to travel
