Sous Chef Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Sous Chef to join our team. If you have a passion for delivering exceptional food experiences and a keen eye for detail, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
As a key member of our kitchen team, you will play a vital role in maintaining high standards of food stock control, ordering, deliveries, stock taking and wastage management. You will also support the Head Chef in running a smooth kitchen operation and deputise in their absence.
In addition to your technical skills, we are looking for someone who is able to train and develop the kitchen team to reach their full potential. You will need to ensure Food Safety and Health & Safety compliance in accordance with the law and company policy.
Previous experience in a busy kitchen environment is essential, as is a willingness to take on responsibility and remain calm under pressure.
