About the Role:
Spudshed Mandurah is seeking energetic, well organised, and customer focused individual to join our team in the Grocery Department. This hands-on role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and enjoys working both independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
* Stock Management: Unpacking, shelving, and displaying grocery products to maintain a well-presented store.
* Inventory Control: Monitoring stock levels, ensuring accurate rotation, and minimising wastage.
* Quality Assurance: Checking product quality and freshness to meet store standards.
* Receiving Deliveries: Assisting with checking and processing incoming stock.
* Customer Service: Helping customers with product inquiries and providing excellent service.
* Store Presentation: Maintaining cleanliness and adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.
* Team Collaboration: Supporting colleagues to achieve daily operational goals.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
* Experience in a fast-paced retail or production environment (training provided).
* Excellent time management and organisational skills.
* A strong work ethic with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
* The ability to work unsupervised and collaboratively within a team.
